They say that the best form of advertising is the word of a satisfied customer. We agree! Here are just a few of the letters that we receive from our customers:
Handyman Unlimited remodeled two bathrooms, one was very complex, and one of the things I liked about it was the general contractor, Tom, would respond to me very quickly and return my phone calls. He was also on site quite a bit. I was always informed of schedules and they didn't do what I have experienced with other contractors in the past, which is to start a project, go away for weeks on end, and not say anything. They kept people on site until the job was done.

Handyman Unlimited did a wonderful job on my master bathroom remodel. Tom Cardona worked hard to be sure that he incorporated everything I wanted in the remodel plans. His crew were always friendly and helpful by explaining what they were working on. I was impressed that they cleaned up at the end of every day. The tile work was fantastic and the vanity and sinks were flawless! They also replaced the balcony outside of the master bedroom quickly and cleanly. I would recommend the company to anyone!

I wanted to say thanks to Robert Gardner, Robert G, John and Danny for the great work they did at our house. My husband was surprised and really pleased. The garage is wonderful. I can't see the roof (except for the add'l tile) but I'm sure it is good up there too. The kitchen drapes (nightmare that they were) are fabulous. The temperature in the kitchen has been greatly reduced and the drapes make it look and feel more home"y" then the plastic verticals. Special thanks to Robert for his patience, skill and creativity to make it all work. We are very happy. Thanks to you and Tom for coordinating and keeping in touch throughout.

We needed to have our deck re-done. We looked on the computer and found the material Timbertech. They had several contractors that worked with this material. We picked Tom Cardona. He came by the house, listened to our wants and needs and added some good points of his own. He showed us the material and explained all our options. We liked the samples he showed us but still wanted to see work that Tom and his crew had done. He took us by several jobs he had finished and we talked to those clients, they all highly recommended Handyman Unlimited.
We were very impressed by Tom's knowledge, enthusiasm and past jobs he had done. He gave us a price and started the job. Tom did demolition of our deck ( upper & lower ) Painted house , New timbertech deck with lights on posts , patio cover and outdoor kitchen.
All of the work was done in a timely fashion and completed by his courteous workers who we worked very well with. The finished project was outstanding. We highly recommend Tom and his crew for a job well done. The finished project exceeded our expectations.

I am excited to tell you how happy we are with our recent full blown home renovation. Not only were you able to participate in the complicated FHA 203K process for us, but you went above and beyond with your work. We appreciate the level of professionalism, dedication, and the speed in which the job was completed. We were nervous in the beginning of this renovation because we had no prior experience with contractors and have only heard horror stories about contractors and home renovations. Also, as a young couple we have encountered many people who merely try to take advantage of us. You did a great job to put our minds at ease not with words, but with actions. There was so much work to be done on our torn apart foreclosure of a house we purchased, from the roof all the way down to the plumbing. I appreciated the fact that I never had to call to ask what was going on because you always kept me in the loop. I absolutely loved the fact that your guys were there daily from start to finish. As a full-time college student and full-time worker bee this gave me the greatest peace of mind knowing I didn’t have to micromanage you or your crew because I knew you guys had it covered! Lalo was absolutely awesome, he did a great job and I especially appreciated his help with assisting me in picking the paint colors and floor finishing.

Handyman Unlimited was great to work with. They did our bath remodel and it went fantastic. LOVE my new bathroom. I picked out all items, from the tile to the vent fan and the guys just did the labor. Worked out great for the pocketbook. While they were there, I had them do about 4 other misc jobs simultaneously. They added a much needed pocket door, patched a large hole from an old ceiling fan, added exterior siding from where an unwanted door was, and opened up an area above a closet. Overall, I was pleased and plan to have them do another pocket door and other projects in the near future.

We really appreciate the professionalism demonstrated by all of your people, from always being “on the job” when promised, to cleaning up at the end of everyday. Of course, I would be remiss if I failed to mention that the “price was right”. Compared to other bids, you were almost 50% lower than the competition, (not including appliances).
Timeliness is another big factor. You got the job done in less time that we expected and that included an uncontrollable delay caused by our appliance dealer. I should also mention how much we appreciate your personal involvement and immediate response to our questions and concerns.

Since the projects you had done for me were always done reasonably and professionally, I knew that you would be fair and competitive and that you would get the job done. Recently you concluded the remodel of my kitchen along with a room expansion. I want to let you know how thrilled my wife and I are with the results. The whole Experience was much better than I ever expected (given the construction horrors I heard about) As I reflected back, there were only 2-3 days in the entire 5 months of construction that someone was not on site and that was due to minor hold ups. Not only was someone there everyday, but the people you have working for you were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I am pleased to tell you about the great experience I had with your company. I had a strange bathroom leak and after having seven different licensed plumbers "fix" the problem, I still had the leak. Each previous plumber came up with a different answer than the one before. I tried everything they suggested. This included re-caulking, re-grouting, putting towels down every time the shower was used, to shutting the door in a different way. When I put my home up for sale the issue of the leak of course camp up, so again I had a plumber come out for an estimate. The plumber said the only way to determine the problem would be to tear the wall down and see what's going on inside. Fortunately for me, my Real Estate Agent had heard what a great company Handyman Unlimited was. She heard right, your serviceman found the problem in minutes. It was so refreshing to have someone actually take the time and energy to find out the real problem. Dan and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your technicians for their quality work done in replacing out kitchen ceiling last month. We've experienced home repairs and renovations in the past, but I'd have to say that we've never had workmen who left the work site watch day so clean. I am pleased to say that I had a very good experience using HandyMan< Unlimited. I noticed the ad for the HandyMan Unlimited in my local paper and gave them a call. The receptionist gave me thorough but quick overview of the company and how fees for service rendered. I was able to make an appointment with the handyman to see the jobs that I needed done. On the appointed day the handyman arrived right on time. The technician went over the list of things to repair, made his notes, and gave me an estimate for the time and money involved in the supplies and labor. I felt very comfortable that he knew what I wanted done and could do it in a timely fashion. I made an appointment for the work to be done. Again, the technician was prompt. He did an excellent job and completed everything on my list. I would use HandyMan Unlimited again and have recommended it to my friends. The technician also referred me to a house painter. The painter came out to give me an estimate. I was impressed that he too was on time! The house was prepped and painted. And again, I was very pleased with the results.

I wanted to let you guys know that I had been frustrated with calling other companies and when I called your company about a simple matter, you guys got " right down to the point" about your business and goals to meet my repair needs. My repair matter involved mold and a big 24"; x 24"; area hole in my drywall extending to the outside. It was caused by the sprinklers from the outside. The other companies had been giving me the run- around about the costs and "meet sometime next week" where as you gave me a specific date and went with it. Your technician came over exactly at 7:15 in the morning (a time we agreed on- most others would either be too early or 4 hours late) He didn't waste any time in his work. He told me what he wanted to do, what was best, and his knowledge on the area was excellent. He repaired the outside as well as the inside and did a very professional job. My wife was very pleased with the great job he has done. We are definitely referring others to your company since you guys "DO THE JOB!" and as well as doing a great job at it!

Your very nice Thank You card came today and you simply beat me to the punch. I was very pleased with the efficiency and kindness of your technician that I planned to send off a thank you note to him and I had unexpected guests for two days and I did not get to it. He knew exactly what to do and he moved about so quietly I was not aware he was putting in that new faucet. I am amazed that I put up with that horrid one in the kitchen since my granddaughter bought this house for me in 1996. I was just told not to fuss with the plumbing in an old house and I obeyed. Everyone that comes to see me has to admire the new addition at the kitchen sink. If EVER I need any chore done, I will contact you and I will put the magnet on my refrigerator.
